HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SIZE
Wrap a measuring tape around your head, keeping the tape level from front to back. Note the measurement and reference the Size Guide.

Note: We recommend you try helmets on before buying. Make sure the helmet fits with a little room when the fit system is loose, and sits low enough to protect your forehead without hindering vision. Once you’ve got the right size, you can adjust the fit.
HOW TO ADJUST THE FIT
Step 1: Adjust the fit system at the rear of the helmet for a snug, secure fit. Some helmets also include a vertical tuning feature that allows you to adjust the fore/aft tilt, for optimal positioning on your head.
Step 2: Adjust the straps so that they sit just below the earlobes.
Step 3: Adjust the buckle so that it rests against the back of the jaw/throat.
Step 4: Adjust the interior pads if needed.
Step 5: Check the fit to make sure helmet is comfortable and secure. It should not roll forward or back, or be able to slide off.

MIPS®-BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM
All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards. The goal of Giro's Mips-equipped helmets is to reduce rotational forces. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the amount of rotational force that may be transferred to rider's brain in certain impacts.
IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION
In-Mold Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making in-mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
IN FORM 2 FIT SYSTEM
The In Form 2 Fit System is lighter and lower-profile than the original, and easier to dial in a custom fit in seconds - even with gloves on. An improved dial design provides up to 6cm of adjustment plus enhanced stability.

I like the design and
I like the design and it feels comfortable. The part in the back doesn’t put pressure on the neck like some other brands do. They should make a silver color.

i think it could’ve been
i think it could’ve been better had it been able to go up a little more and down a little more in terms of tightening. i tried 2 sizes and i was in between both sizes for this helmet. bummer :( i had to return

Great Helmet, Bad Stickers
I love the helmet but I can't say the shadows left behind by the size & MIPS stickers are very pleasing. Goo Gone, Isopropyl, soapy water, nothing works. If I buy another GIRO helmet it would have to not be black, so unlikely to happen. Too bad.
