The Rincon combines a supple, breathable Synchwire upper with a robust nylon-composite plate and an aggressive, dual-injected rubber outsole for excellent traction that won't de-laminate or break down. A supportive 3D molded footbed enhances comfort and fit, which is adjustable via a single BOA® L6 dial featuring 1 mm adjustment and an adjustable forefoot strap. SYNCHWIRE
Synchwire construction is a stitch-less upper that's vented and reinforced to create a lightweight cycling shoe with incredible airflow and structural integrity. Synchwire is an advanced composite of thermo-bonded film that provides overall durability, a non-woven internal sheet for distributing the force from the closure system to the upper for direct power transfer, and mono-filament mesh for ventilation.
BOA® L6 DIALS
The BOA® L6 Fit System provides fast micro-adjustability with the turn of the dial. The combination of the dial, lace, and guides reduces weight and provides finer adjustment (1mm increments) compared to traditional buckles, and it offers an instant release function, too. BOA Fit System dials and laces are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.
Nylon Composite Outsole
Our proprietary nylon-composite outsole plate ensures efficient power transfer and responsive feel at the pedals, while allowing 5mm of adjustment for optimal cleat positioning. It's a great balance of stiffness and durability with light weight.
REFLECTIVE DETAILS
Reflective details enhance visibility at nighttime or in low-light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by returning the light back toward the original source and reaching the automobile driver's eye.

This is the second pair
This is the second pair of Rincon shoes that I have purchased. They fit very well as I have very large narrow feet. They last pretty well too. My last pair made it three years. Well done.

I bought these to replace
I bought these to replace my beat old Giro shoes, I forget the model name, but they have a very similar look to these. Those shoes were geat and lasted me years.
I bought these in hopes they'd fit and feel as good, with the added bonus of boa! I'm a flat footed cave man, so I'm always nervous with any type of none MTB clip shoe, but decided to get these anyway.
I primarily gravel ride in these, with the ocassional road ride. I made the rash decision to break these in on a century ride.
Color me impressed. These were great and I felt right at home with them. They were comfy and performed excellent over the course of 112 miles.
I'm stoked on these!

Worst Giro shoe I’ve ever owned.
The shoe is good looking and fairly comfortable. The downsides are the sole chunks and falls apart. Very soft and poor quality. The Boa device comes loose a d requires frequent tightening. And last of all, even with an insole, they are sloppy fitting. Avoid at all costs. This is my third pair after owning both road and Mtn shoes in the past. No problem until these.

Comfortable not durable
Bought these shoes last August and here I am just over the year warranty and there are entire sections of rubber on the sole that have torn and fallen off leaving behind the exposed hard plastic under the rubber. I have about 300 miles on these shoes over the last year. Very disappointed with the durability of these shoes. They are very comfortable, lightweight, and the BOA closure is awesome, but the soles are literally falling apart every time I ride them.

Squeak squeak squeak
I'm not sure Giro ever actually tried these on a bike. I use them with Shimano M520 SPD pedals, probably the most common 2 bolt clipless pedal. The rubber surrounding the cleat contacts the pedal leading to a constant infuriating squeaking noise. Try again guys.
